We welcome self-referrals, referrals from family members, healthcare providers, schools, and community partners. Simply submit the referral form and your information will be reviewed. You can expect to be contacted within 1–2 business days to discuss next steps.

We will send you an intake packet to complete
Once your intake and insurance verification are finished, we’ll schedule your first session

If you need to reschedule, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance
New clients will be asked to complete a brief intake form before their session
